Crush it forward

Digg Muti Delicious

Over the last few days, I’ve been on a productivity ride that is taking me on a journey like no other. The feeling of being productive is one that I enjoy beyond belief. Recently, the phrase to “crush it”, coined by Gary Vaynerchuk, is what I’ve been experiencing lately.

The concept of “pay it forward” refers to helping someone and asking in return only that they do the same for someone else. This got me thinking, “why can’t we crush it forward?

“Crushing it forward” would entail assisting someone else in being able to crush it (be it a bugfix, optimising code, or anything, really, that helps the person to achieve his or her goal), and asking in return that the person who is now “crushing it” assists someone else in doing the same. This would lead to a large amount of people being at the best they can be.

What do you guys think?

(This post feels oddly like a GV.com video :P )
